What you need

tsp ground cinnamon

flax seed

tbsp vegan margarine

tsp baking powder

cup almond flour

cup vegan chocolate chips

tsp salt

tbsp milk

cup maple syrup

cup oat flour

tsp baking soda

tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1. preheat the oven to 350°F. line a muffin tin with muffin liners. 2. in a large bowl, mash bananas. add in eggs, milk, butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. whisk until smooth. 3. mix in almond flour, oat flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. fold in chocolate chips. 4. scoop batter into lined muffin tin, filling each muffin cup about 3/4 of the way full. 5. bake for 18-23 minutes. let cool for 10 minutes before removing from the pan to wire racks to cool completely. enjoy!View original recipe
