What you need

flax seed

cup coconut oil

cup maple syrup

tsp vanilla extract

cup oat flour

cup almond flour

tsp ground cinnamon

tsp nutmeg

tsp baking soda

tsp baking powder

tsp salt

cup cane sugar
Instructions
1. preheat the oven to 350°F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper. 2. in a large bowl, mash bananas. mix in eggs, butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth. 3. add in oat flour, almond flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. mix until just combined. 4. in a small bowl, mix together sugar and cinnamon. 5. pour batter into the loaf pan. top with small spoonfuls of the cinnamon sugar mixture, reserving about 1 tbsp. use a toothpick to swirl the cinnamon sugar on top of the batter. 6. bake for 45-55 minutes. allow the loaf to cool for 15 minutes. 7. brush the top with melted butter and sprinkle with the remaining cinnamon sugar. let cool completely before slicing. enjoy!View original recipe
