What you need

cup banana bread

cup unsalted butter

tbsp unsweetened cocoa

cup tapioca flour

tsp kosher salt

tsp baking powder

tbsp espresso powder

cup almond flour

cup maple syrup

tsp baking soda

tsp vanilla extract

brown egg
Instructions
1. preheat the oven to 350°F. line a loaf pan with parchment paper. 2. in a large bowl, mash bananas. mix in eggs, butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth. 3. add in almond flour, tapioca flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. mix until just combined. 4. to make the chocolate espresso batter, remove 1 cup of the banana bread batter and place in a separate bowl. mix in cocoa powder and espresso powder. 5. spoon the plain batter and chocolate espresso batter alternately into the prepared loaf pan. use a butter knife to swirl the two mixtures back and forth a few times. 6. bake for 35-45 minutes. allow the loaf to cool completely before slicing. enjoy!View original recipe
