What you need

tbsp vanilla protein powder

skim milk greek yogurt
tsp lemon

natural sugar

brown egg

oz cream cheese

tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1. preheat oven to 350°F. line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper. 2. using an electric or hand mixer, beat cream cheese and sugar. 3. add in greek yogurt, egg, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. beat again until smooth. 4. pour cheesecake mixture into the baking dish. 5. in a small bowl, mix together sugar and cinnamon. sprinkle cinnamon sugar evenly over the cheesecake mixture, reserving about 1 tbsp. 6. bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheesecake filling is still slightly jiggly but mostly set. let cool for 15 minutes, then sprinkle with the remaining cinnamon sugar if desired. 7. refrigerate cheesecake for at least 1 hour. slice into 9-16 bars and store in the fridge in an airtight container. enjoy!View original recipe
