What you need

cup coconut flour

cup unsweetened cocoa

cup natural sugar

tbsp protein powder

tbsp unsalted butter

cup unsweetened almond milk

vegan cream cheese

cup nonfat greek yogurt

tsp vanilla extract

cup almond flour
Instructions
INSTRUCTIONS 1. line a muffin tin with muffin liners and set aside. 2. to make the oreo crust, mix together almond flour, coconut flour, black cocoa, powdered sugar, protein powder, butter, and milk. add 1 heaping tablespoon to each muffin liner and flatten to form a base. 3. using an electric or hand mixer, beat together cream cheese, greek yogurt, powdered sugar, protein powder, and vanilla extract until smooth. 4. spoon cheesecake filling into each muffin liner until about 3/4 of the way full. smooth the top and sprinkle with crushed sandwich cookies, if desired. 5. place in the freezer and chill for at least 2 hours or until frozen. enjoy!View original recipe
