What you need

tbsp flax seed

cup vegan margarine

cup coconut sugar

tbsp molasses

tsp vanilla extract

cup almond flour

tbsp coconut flour

tsp ground cinnamon

tsp ground ginger

tsp nutmeg

tsp ground clove

tsp baking soda

pinch salt

monk fruit extract
Instructions
1. preheat the oven to 350°F. line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. 2. in a large bowl, mix flax egg, butter, coconut sugar, molasses, and vanilla extract until combined. 3. mix in almond flour, coconut flour, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, baking soda, and salt until a dough forms. cover bowl and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes. 4. use a tablespoon to scoop about 1 1/2 tbsp of dough. shape into a ball and roll in granulated sugar. flatten slightly and repeat with remaining dough until completely used up. 5. bake for 8-10 minutes. once out of the oven, sprinkle with more granulated sugar if desired and let cool completely. enjoy!View original recipe
