What you need

tbsp espresso powder

cup oat milk

vanilla protein powder
cup plain greek yogurt

cup rolled oats

tbsp flax seed

tsp baking powder

cup chocolate chips

cup maple syrup

tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1. preheat oven to 350°F. grease a baking dish and set aside. 2. in a large bowl, mix eggs, yogurt, maple syrup, milk, coffee, and vanilla extract. 3. mix in oats, protein powder, espresso powder, baking powder, and salt. fold in the chocolate chips. 4. pour into the greased baking dish and sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top. 5. bake for 30-35 minutes until the center is just set. 6. allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing into 6-8 servings. enjoy with toppings of choice!View original recipe
