tbsp vegan margarine

whole grain oats

tbsp flax seed

tbsp coconut flour

tsp baking powder

tbsp cocoa powder

cup almond flour

tsp salt

cup milk

cup maple syrup

tbsp matcha powder

tsp baking soda

tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1. preheat oven to 350°F. line an 8x4 loaf pan or 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper. 2. to make the oreo base layer, mix almond flour, coconut flour, black cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and baking powder. add butter and milk. combine thoroughly. 3. press base mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan. bake for 10 minutes. 4. to make the matcha blondie layer, mix butter, flax egg, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. add almond flour, matcha powder, baking soda, and salt. mix to combine. 5. pour batter over the oreo base in the pan. bake for 23-28 minutes or until set but still slightly gooey in the center. let cool completely before slicing. enjoy!View original recipe
