cup coconut sugar

brown egg

cup cocoa powder

cup almond flour

tsp salt

cup chocolate chips

tsp peppermint extract

tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
1. preheat oven to 350°F. line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper. 2. in a large bowl, mix together butter, coconut sugar, peppermint extract, and vanilla extract. add in eggs one at a time, mixing after each one. 3. sift in almond flour, dutch cocoa powder, and salt. fold in chocolate chips. 4. pour batter into the baking dish. 5. bake for 15-20 minutes or until center is still slightly jiggly. make sure not to overbake as brownies will continue to firm up as they cool. 6. let cool completely before slicing and sprinkle with sanding sugar or crushed candy canes if desired. store in an airtight container and enjoy straight out of the fridge for a fudgier texture!View original recipe
