What you need

fl oz coconut sugar

tsp vanilla extract

brown egg

fl oz almond flour

cup cocoa powder

cup natural sugar

tsp baking soda

iodized salt
fl oz vegan chocolate chips
Instructions
1. preheat oven to 350°F. line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper. 2. make the brownie layer: mix together butter, coconut sugar, and vanilla extract. add in eggs one at a time, mixing after each one. sift in almond flour, dutch cocoa powder, and salt. mix until just combined. 3. make the cookie layer: mix together egg, butter, sugar, and vanilla extract. add in almond flour, baking soda, and salt. mix until a dough forms. fold in chocolate chips. 4. pour brownie batter into the baking dish. flatten out pieces of cookie dough and place on top of brownie batter. top with more chocolate chips. 5. bake for 17-22 minutes or until center is still slightly jiggly. make sure not to overbake. 6. let cool completely before slicing. store in the fridge for an even fudgier texture. enjoy!View original recipe
