This easy recipe is like eating a churro for breakfast, except that it’s somehow high in protein and healthy! warm and sweet with a cinnamon sugar swirl, it’s definitely the best thing to wake up to.

1. preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. grease a small ramekin and set aside. 2. in a small bowl, mix together oat flour, protein powder, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt. mix in milk, cashew butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until well combined. 3. in a small bowl, mix together sugar and cinnamon. 4. pour half of the batter into the ramekin. layer with half of the cinnamon sugar mixture. cover with the rest of the batter. top with small spoonfuls of the remaining cinnamon sugar mixture, reserving about 1/2 tsp. use a toothpick to swirl the cinnamon sugar on top of the batter. 5. bake for 10-14 minutes. sprinkle with the remaining cinnamon sugar. 6. to make the glaze, mix together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract. add additional powdered sugar to thicken or milk to thin until you reach your desired texture. drizzle on top of baked oats. enjoy!
