1. preheat the oven to 350Β°F. line a muffin tin with muffin liners. 2. in a large bowl, mash bananas. add in eggs, milk, butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. whisk until smooth. 3. mix in almond flour, oat flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. fold in chocolate chips. 4. scoop batter into lined muffin tin, filling each muffin cup about 3/4 of the way full. 5. bake for 18-23 minutes. let cool for 10 minutes before removing from the pan to wire racks to cool completely. enjoy!
